1). How much credit am I eligible for with the FlexPay PLUS Program?
Customers are eligible for up to $1200 of instant credit; no credit check. Customers do not have to make a certain income to qualify
2). What do I need to qualify?
- Verified stream of income (we do not accept unemployment and student loans)
- Valid personal checking or savings account open minimum of 6 months
3). How do I create a FlexPay PLUS contract?
Customer would have to come to the retail store location as the contracts are created on the FlexPay PLUS website. Customer would also have to provide a couple of pieces of documentation:
4). How may payments are there with FlexPay PLUS?
There are 13 payments with the program. It is a down payment at the store, then 12 additional monthly payments taken directly from the customers personal checking or savings account
5). Can I save interest by paying off early?
Yes you can! We have a “90 Day Same As Cash” option where you would save 100% of the interest! The earlier you pay off your account the more interest you will save
6). Will using the FlexPay PLUS Program help my credit rating?
Yes! Kahuna Payment Solutions, LLC. reports positive credit activity each month to the credit bureau. This is a great way to rebuild or establish positive credit
7). Can I change the date of my payments?
Yes. You cannot change the date of the down payment. The down payment must be paid at the store the day the contract is completed. However, by calling Kahuna Payment Solutions, LLC. at our 800 number (800-260-7506), you can change your date one time going forward
8). Can I have more than one FlexPay PLUS contract open at a time?
No. You must pay off the first contract before you can use the program again
9). Can a FlexPay PLUS contract be denied?
Yes. If you have defaulted on a FlexPay PLUS contract in the past you cannot do another contract. Also, if a customer gives us false information when they apply for FlexPay PLUS, they can be denied
10). Does Kahuna accept checking accounts with debit card only?
Yes! Customer would provide a Bank Account Verification Form that would show account open for 6 months and that we can electronically take payments from that account each month
11). How soon can I get my merchandise?
Kahuna has a very quick approval rate. Once we receive the contract in our office, we update the website. The store can also call us once they fax everything in so we can give them an immediate verbal approval. In most cases an approval will take place either that day or the next business day. Delivery of merchandise is up to the retailer, depending on if they have to order the merchandise or have it in stock
